Creationism fails the Lemon test established by the Supreme Court in Lemov vs. Kurtzman: Under the Lemon test, a government-sponsored message violates the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment if: (1) it does not have a secular purpose, (2) its principal or primary effect advances or inhibits religion, or (3) it creates an excessive entanglement of the government with religion.

My child's day-care has a missionary that teaches pre-school. It is religious-based and includes bible study and songs. However, she also teaches science and does not teach that everything sprung up overnight; but that Genesis lasted seven of God's days not ours. Interesting.

That is not teaching- telling 3 year olds that God created everything is nothing short of brainwashing.
Small children do not have the ability to think crtically about what they are told. They will believe without questioning, which is is course what the brainwahers want. That is why churches always target the young.
