Yes it would.the war on drugs has not been shown to have an impact on the drug using community as these people are addicts, they are ill, physically and psychologically dependant on the substances that they use.no amount of telling them not to do it is going to work. drug legalisation would be detremental to society.if cocaine was legalised tomorow i myself would not attempt to use it but this does not apply to the rest of society.drugs are addictive and one does not know that they are addicted untill it is too late.would legalisation not produce another group of addicts?
