Not even. Civilization starts with excess resources (ie: storeage of grain). Religion starts only when you begin to have idle-time enough to endulge in it. Science begins to elaborate on religeon only after youre successful enough to support a liesure-class. Good idea to look at the origin though to figure what truth might be.
